I feel warm and rosy, having spent some time in the starry salt cave on an otherwise grey day. It's like a trip to the beach, sheltered from the cold winds. Meditative, too!
What a great experience! Booking was easy through the Facebook page, and Jessica was wonderful at talking me through what was going to happen next. I did both the biodetox room and the salt cave - both very relaxing in very different ways! I loved the warmth of the biodetox, and the surroundings and air, and the zero gravity chairs in the salt cave.
It was very nice and relaxing. Will do again definitely. And the owners are very nice as well.
So relaxing and I could feel the salt working through different areas of my body! Amazing and would definitely recommend! Will be returning!
I went today with some co workers ..we enjoyed it very much ..so relaxing ..I will be coming back again .. if you have not tired this it a must do with some friends
