My first visit to the ‘SaltCave” today - Very pleasant and calming experience- I have read of many benefits of this all natural therapy and will definitely go back again hoping to gain some positive effect on some skin conditions that have been plaguing me recently.
My husband and I stopped in this weekend and did both the salt room and the biodetox therapy. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and incredibly calm. The staff was very pleasant, giving us information and answering our questions. Both the room and the cave were decorated in such a way as to promote relaxation and are kept clean. The experience here was amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating and the establishment was clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. I did both rooms and will be going again!
