So I just had my first session of relaxing in the salt cave. It was quiet, calming and hopefully it will help my cough. Almost fell asleep, which is extremely unusual for me! I would recommend a try. Will do it again.
Relaxing and amazing experience
This was my first time visiting the Salt Cave and I absolutely recommend it. It was so relaxing and a great experience, I recommend it to anyone.

I have had a cough and cold for about ten days waking me up at 2 am coughing. I went to the salt cave yesterday and slept all night. No cough wake up at 2 am. I try to visit every week for bio detox and feel it helps with all the aches age brings!
Went with my sister-in-law and it was wonderful.. we did both rooms and it was so peaceful.. I suffer from bad allergies and sinuses and the cave really helped... I highly recommend it...
