What a wonderful setting. Beautiful cave. Relaxing atmosphere. My first visit was amazing! Hoping to make visits to Adirondack Breathe Easy Salt Cave regularly!
I have been there twice. first time I had a head cold for 3 weeks nothing helped it. well the salt cave did it was awesome. it's so relaxing and clean. the owners are awesome. after my visit today I purchased a salt rock for my bedroom very excited. I would tell anyone and everyone to try this.
First time at the Adirondack Breathe Easy Salt Cave today. WOW! So relaxing. Didn’t even realize I had sinus issues until I felt them clear. Atmosphere is lovely from the minute you walk in. Facilities are clean and the greeting was pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend trying this experience for yourself!
This peaceful and beautiful atmosphere is what the doctor ordered . Lol just lay back and gaze at the stars above and listen to the tranquil music as you breathe in slowly And to my surprise I did fall a sleep a few minutes I woke up feeling very relaxed I loved it and recommend everyone should try this you will not be disappointed . I can’t wait to go back !

Went in with scepticism came out breathing easier, relaxed and excited to go again. Pleasant zen music that was soothing. Gravity chairs are very comfy. Definitely recommend
