RecommendedOur first visit today. The cave is very pretty and so relaxing. The owners are very nice and informational. We really enjoyed our visit and plan on going again. As this was my first visit I have noticed a slight difference in my stuffiness. Just like anything, it takes time for improvements to happen with continued sessions. As stated, people will have different outcomes and depending on how severe their conditions are. I recommend you check this place out.

Went today with Lidia Mooney. I highly recommended this experience. I think I am going to go on a regular basis. We both enjoyed it. I could have stayed all day! And btw....they sell gift certificates...just saying. Debra Angles

I had an awesome experience . My boyfriend and I visited about a week ago and we loved it. It was very refreshing and relaxing. I would recommend it . The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
