RecommendedI had a wonderful first experience at Adk breathe easy salt cave. I’m a runner and after one visit I was able to run my longest distance to date and was able to focus on and maintain my breathing much easier! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and I plan on returning before my next race!

Just spent 45 minutes in the cave. It was one of the most peaceful, relaxing experiences I have ever had. I left feeling rejuvenated. I will most definitely be returning!
Went for this first time today. The owners were very nice and explained everything to us. The chairs were comfortable and the blankets were super cozy. It was very peaceful and relaxing in the cave. The free bottle of water at the end of the session was also a nice touch! I will definitely visit again
This was my first visit. The staff was very informative and pleasant. The experience was awesome! I have been experiencing sinus problems and trouble sleeping. After my one session, I slept through the night and awoke feeling rested and refreshed. I will definitely do this again. It is a wonderful way to spend 45 minutes and reap all the health benefits from this therapy.
The salt cave is amazing. This year I have had 3 sinus infections in 6 months. Going to the salt cave I feel amazing when I leave. And the people that own it are very nice and easy to talk to. Just love the atmosphere there.
Very peaceful experience. You definitely feel rejuvenated after your session.
It was a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.. really like that they think about families and include children sessions !
