Owners are very polite, very informational and answer any questions you may have, very relaxing. Salt cave is beautiful, love the soothing music with the sounds of nature, i could go on and on about this place but i suggest if you are really curious take time and check it out and experience it for yourself its worth it. As for me I will be returning on a weekly basis.
It was my first visit yesterday I have to say I was a little sceptical, but I am totally now convinced that it in fact helped my sinus issues.The owner and staff were amazing,They made me so relaxed and comfortable ,and the treatment was absolutely amazing along with the atmosphere,it was so relaxing.I decided to treat myself at least once a week,and after my first treatment and the way I feel with my sinuses it is amazing.
The owners are very enthused about the benefits of salt therapy and willingly answer questions. I was sold on the benefits of the therapy on my first visit when I could feel a burning in my left lung. That was a huge clue to me that I was dealing with inflammation in that lung. I am making this modality part of my wellness routine. Thank you for providing the salt cave in Northern NY.
It was my first experience and it was absolutely wonderful!
I finally took an hour to pamper myself and went to the Salt Cave. I had no idea what to expect but it was a completely Serene experience. I will definitely go again and I must say I did feel better afterwards. I highly recommend it
Such a nice relaxing environment. I felt very calm in the salt cave. Comfy blankets were provided and zero gravity chairs that made the visit even more relaxing. The staff were very informative about the benefits of the cave. I can’t wait to go back.
