Business Owner My husband John and I started this business looking for a natural alternative to help our own health problems -- Asthma,COPD, sinus,allergies athritis etc. After researching and visiting dozens of salt caves -- realizing it helps relieve a lot of symptoms personally -- we wanted to share with everybody.

Wonderful experience! The cave is inviting and peaceful. While each session offers many potential health benefits, you can also shutdown, disconnect from the world and meditate under a twinkling sky. The zero gravity chairs make you feel as if you are floating, while the light glow in the cave brings calm. I will be back for sure and bring friends and family. Thanks for bringing this to the local area!

This was first time and it was amazing. A friend and I were cautiously optimistic about the trip, not only was the room cool, calming and rejuvenating, but we felt a peacefulness immediately after entering the cave. Helpful staff, the time flew by! Can't recommend enough.
Went with 2 friends this morning and I would say that we would all like to do it again! Our music stopped about 15 minutes in, but we were so relaxed we just talked amongst ourselves and had a great time. 45 minutes went by super quick when you are relaxed.
I felt very relaxed and felt I could take deep cleansing breaths. I suffer from severe allergies and breathing fully was awesome. Will definitely try it again!
I really enjoyed it! I’ve always wanted to experience this. It’s awesome there is now one local. I will go back it was very relaxing!
