I wish I could give 10. Syed from Adilsons helped me a lot with my paperwork. We got a safe place called home with Adilsons. As a girl who had dad and brothers for the whole life, I do not know much about physics or how to fix switch or hot water or the locks and so on. The worst lettings agency I’ve ever come across, if I could give 0 stars I would. Wish I had seen these reviews before signing with them! They do not respond to emails/any maintenance problems, don’t answer the office phone so you physically have to go in to the office, and even then they will not help. I was being billed for the entire buildings water supply - they did absolutely nothing to help and after a lengthy 5 month battle with Thames water, they told me it’s a reoccurring issue with tenants in their properties!! awful. overcharging for an incredibly old property and did not take any action to remove mould after being notified over 4 months. additionally, they do not respond to emails at all unless chased up
