Adi did an exceptional job on replacing the carpet with engineered wood flooring throughout my home. He was professional, meticulous, and very clean and tidy throughout the job. I am delighted with how the floors have turned out, Adi's dedication to his profession is obvious from day one. Adi was upfront about all costs and materials needed and worked patiently around other trades people in the home. I would have no hesitation to recommend Adi to anyone when it comes to flooring.
These reviews are not a reflection of our experience with Adi. Unfortunately we had a different experience. He took longer than he was suppose to take, he charged us more than initially quoted and he never finished the job. We have requested to him return without any avail. At times we found him to be rude. He told us on the last day that we needed something. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase that last minute and he promised to return. We chose ADI Flooring by chance after reading the reviews in Google. We were very lucky. ADI provided an excellent professional service. The works were to remove all the carpets and to install new engineered natural oak flooring. ADI finished the job on time as planned and within our budget as the quotation. Very high quality of work was delivered by ADI. We are very pleased and we plan to engage ADI again for a different project.
