Very impressed with this company! Their assessment process was very thorough so there were lots of forms etc to fill out but it was clear that they were doing everything properly. The doctor I spoke to was very nice and took the time to listen to me. The entire process was speedy and efficient and the team went out of their way to move things along as quickly as possible. At one point I wanted to amend my prescription and they did it same day at 7:30pm on a Friday!
Assessment was really good, felt really comfortable opening up and received a positive diagnosis. Upon taking the medication I suffered with severe anxiety and could finally understand why people seek a way out when having certain thoughts in your head. I contacted ADHD Direct and their response was to pay for a follow up meeting that was at least 6 weeks in advance and I would be put on a cancellation list. Doctor was amazing and understanding Ive gone through the transfer care and got prescription paid for just awaiting paying for meds and receiving them but I know they’re trustworthy as my friend uses them that’s how I got in touch so I understand the process takes a little time but I think it’s 7 days from prescription payment til meds usually I think
