Was told a 4-6 week wait. after 12 weeks of waiting, just got a message saying it will be another 4-6 weeks. before I get an interview. it took 7 weeks to send me a form to fill in. filled it in the same day. Please save yourselves and go elsewhere
I had my assessment 4 months again, literally got told I could be on medication within a week. Well, 4 months and several follow up emails from myself and they have ignored me. I have had friends who have been assessed with other clinics since and are already on their medication. I really wish I went with a different clinic. What a waste of time. If you want a clinic that cares and replies and actually gives you medication when they say they would then avoid these! AWFUL experience!
Great service. Informative, friendly, professional, and very thorough. My son felt really positive and had a clear about the treatment options.
3 emails and a complaint so far and I cannot get a response about how to proceed with an assessment I paid for months ago. They have not made contact past sending details of the portal and asking for my summary care record. I now can't find out how to submit this as I had and I had to try 3 different email addresses before my message didn't bounce back and have yet to receive a response. My son Chris was given a thorough and compassionate service. He left after is ADHD diagnosis not feeling different or as if he had any kind of illness. If anything he was inspired to be more like Messi and Richard Branson! The support he got for his GCSEs as a result and the increased understanding of how he is and always will be at school was wonderful Vravo ADHD Care
