My son got diagnosed with ADHD AND ASD by Dr anish, I paid the last of the balance and was told that my reports would be sent in due course which i still have not yet received. I also paid an extra £50 for a follow up phonecall appointment to review his medication. The £50 was paid 2 days after the email was sent to then have the appointment cancelled with no refund or explanation still to this day. We were in the Dublin Office in Swords mid November. It was a really good experience I have to admit. My son loved to be there. Then I have been told by Dr. Anish I and the school will get my son's assessment the following week because it's ready. I got to read it actually. Then they wrote me an email to pay the balance which I did. And still I am waiting for the assessment. I feel myself scammed. I wrote a bunch of emails already. I get if it's busy, I can understand. Very poor service. Given app was cancelled couple of time on the same day. Not responding to emails or calls. Trying to get my money back feels impossible. They just ghosted us.

I think this clinic is a scam. Paid 1000 euro, got assessment and one prescription, now told the clinic is closed and no information on when it is open again. Receptionist says she is just part of a booking company and doesn't even know Dr Anish's full name or if he has a medical council number. She claims to know nothing about the doctors at all. Avoid these people. Very, very strange and very upsetting after going to so much trouble and expense for the assessment. We were so impressed with Dr Anish, thought my child was in... read more
