We used Adept property lawyers in 2025 for an equity transfer. Things started out strong, good communication, paperwork quickly sent out and things seemed to be moving quickly. After three months however the other party changed solicitor and communication broke down for three weeks, neither solicitor had the correct email for each other and rather than call to check what the correct email was they just kept sending emails that went nowhere. Awful, spend thousands on them using them for purchase and now will not even respond to calls which puts me and my young family in an awful position trying to sell our house. Extremely poor.
It was really a great experience with Adept, especially Karen and Liz l. They were really patient and was available for call whenever we requested.
