I've always had good experiences during my dental appointments.
I came to Capital after suffering mouth trauma at an early age that caused my teeth to be on the move for the next 65 years, causing 3 molar extractions, 5 root canals and difficulty chewing for all that time. I heard about Dr. Casteen and his implant work restoring long lost dentition. He performed the most exhaustive study and analysis I've ever had including x-rays, measurements, panograms and even photographs of the interior of my mouth, and came up with a fully discussed and explained plan he executed flawlessly. I am one of those people that has a horror story from when I was a child, about the dentist. Because of this bad experience I have avoided going to the dentist throughout my life. As luck would have it I had a toothache on the weekend. Capital Dental was open seven days a week and could take me right away. The office was terrific and the dentist (Dr. Casteen) was extremely gentle and understanding. I have been going there ever since and on a regular basis. They have changed my mind about dental care, and I will keep going.
I have always dreaded the dentist but this office made everything so pleasant and amazing for me. I enjoyed the staff's professionalism and care when performing the exam and cleaning my teeth! I highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience with the dental hygiene department. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Whole appointment took 30 mins and that includes x-rays.
