They are SUPER polite and funny! The doctors are very thorough and explain in detail what they a re going to do before doing it. It is very organized and the assistants are very kind. I got my braces here and have no complaints!
They were very quick on calling me back and very sufficient in timely manner and were extremely good with my two-year-old's first check up. Thank you
The hygienist was kind and gentle while performing the teeth cleaning process. She was considerate of my specfic needs and was concerned of any accommodations that I might need. Her assistant was equally professional and helped me to feel at ease while performing her specific duties throughout the process.
I took my two daughters for check ups and fillings. I loved the assistant's attitude and how she treated my daughters. Staff was diligent and accommodated the appointments so my girls could have their treatment done right then, saving me another trip. Dr. Wilson is great, patient and friendly.
I was in terrible pain. They got me in and fixed me right up! I feel so much better! Dr. Logan and everyone was awesome!!!
Very friendly!..Made me feel very comfortable!..No actual work has been done yet but because of how they explained everything to me and how they had the answers to my questions I will be seeing them soon and I will be putting my trust in Mr. Dr.Richard Casteen and all of the employees as well..Thnx!
Dr. Wilson was great and so was his assistant Diana. Very kind and explained everything to me. I have a fear of dentist but Dr. Wilson was very nice. Overall this facility is fantastic.
I met with Dr. Logan to discuss orthodontics options, and from entering to exiting it was a great experience. All the staff members I encountered were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My appointment lasted a little over an hour, but they do give you the option of completing the new patient forms ahead of time, which I didn't have a chance to do. My family recommended this office to me and I highly recommend this place as well.
