I've joined addy recently and invested in multiple projects. I'd have to say the team at addy is very professional and have answered every question I had about their service! I would highly recommend that people check them out and see the great opportunities to invest in real estate they have on the platform.

At the same time, they offer a variety of projects that more seasoned investors can enjoy. Terrible open Ponzi scheme is falling down. Avoid for God's sake.
I have been using the platform for the last few years currently invested in 41 properties on their platform. As stated it's a great way to get involved in commercial real estate. Not a large investor but they make it easy to use and great updates about what's happening both good and bad. Highly recommend
Too many loses , they started strong but seem to be running before they can walk. Investing is never guarantee but so far I am losing money with them after two years.
