Looks very promising and rewarding! Update: I wont recommend. Have lost money on my investment. Extremely poor customer service, lack of transparency. Almost impossible to contact the company to understand possible options to consider taking the loss of the investments. All you get in terms of a response is an automated email from the company letting you know that all the money you invested has unfortunately been lost. Awesome experience!
I've really enjoyed my experience with Addy. I was initially a little bit nervous about investing, but a friend has been investing with this company for many years and wholeheartedly recommended it. Since joining just over a year ago, I have invested in five different properties (anywhere from $5 to $500!) and have even had one of my investments pay out my capital! Super cool to be able to be a part of the realty investment world on a small scale in Canada. :)
