I've really enjoyed my experience with Addy. I was initially a little bit nervous about investing, but a friend has been investing with this company for many years and wholeheartedly recommended it. Since joining just over a year ago, I have invested in five different properties (anywhere from $5 to $500!) and have even had one of my investments pay out my capital! Super cool to be able to be a part of the realty investment world on a small scale in Canada. :)

addy isn't all it's cracked up to be. I love the concept and idea and was all in when I first learned about it. Been an investor since 2021 on the platform. There will be losses on the platform, that should be expected and will happen. Discord is not an open platform to discuss projects. Wins will be cheered and promoted as victories for the addy platform, losses will be pushed to the side and investors will be told that this type of investment is risky.
