First time we'd moved in 25 years so following a bit of research it appeared that Addison's was the estate agent getting most of the plaudits in Orrell. This proved to be the case; our house was priced right, marketed well and between us we presented the property favourably to viewers. Even when the the first buyer couldn't proceed and we had to start again a sale was made within 5 hours of the the first couple pulling out. Would definitely recommend Helen and her team,from initial contact to completion they were at the end of the phone to help with any enquiries and kept me informed with how the sale was progressing .
