I was with them with my 3 dogs for 6 years. All ok on routine stuff. Always difficult to get appointments and the receptionists ( who are lovely people) act like everything must be done to prevent an appointment with the actual vet taking place.. in the end you don’t call for treatment because you know the police at the reception will kick you back … and your animal then suffers or risks suffering.
