The tone of the letter sent to me 2 months in advance for a request for a payment, was written as if it were a demand. My discussion with their staff on the telephone was equally disappointing. Very poor communication skills, written and verbal. Therefore payment has been arranged for as late as possible. Terrible customer care.

Adderstone have been fantastic in setting up my business premises. They are committed, courteous, and efficient in all areas, and have really made me feel welcome and valued as a new tenant. Philippa and Sienna have both looked after me amazingly well, and gone to great efforts to ensure the premises are delivered and maintained to a high standard. I am thoroughly pleased to be a tenant with them, and would highly recommend them to others.
