Roy is an absolute gent. I had an issue with the front assist service not functioning on my vw golf that no garage would sort other than the dealership (who wanted to charge me £1600) Roy looked at the issue and diagnosed it quickly and effectively for a fraction of the price, and let me watch the calibration itself, which was fascinating. Would highly recommend.
