I am a caregiver for the greenwood Location at Adaptive and I can say they are by far the best emplyer I have worked for . Out all of the health care industries I have worked in Adaptive is the best in understanding the quality of needs for the clients and their caregivers. I love working for this company. I have worked in this field for over 20 plus years and this company truly cares for its employees. I don't feel like just another person. I have the training I need, all my questions get answered and when there is an issue the help me figure it out. Best decision I made working for Adaptive.
Adaptive is a good place to work at. They are very understanding when things come up and you have to be off. I have work for them for a one year i had to quit. But six months later i came back to work for them. I have learned a lot from them. I will keep working for them as long as i can. I am thankful for being a part of Adaptive team at Jasper.
Great place to work with. The office staff is great to work with and very understanding both Bedford and Columbus location. The clients are very special and touch your heart. Blessing to care for them.
