I’m just now starting with Adaptive Nursing but the process has been a breeze. They work with you very close to make sure you are matched with the perfect client. The process of meeting the client first to get a feel of what/who you will be working with is awesome. You won’t be going into a home knowing nothing about the client.
I LOVE working for adaptive. I first worked for adaptive back in 2013 and the company has gotten so much better since I got rehired in 2018! The staff has always been friendly and always answered any questions I’ve had. They work AMAZINGLY with my availability and have been flexible when I decided to change my availability. They have pretty well kept me with the clientele I have told them I’m most comfortable with. My name is joslyn holder i have been working for adaptive for 3 months . & I can say I love it . The staff is very understanding, their communication skills is wonderful . I love how they call and make sure you like you job that your comfortable. I recommend that if anyone is looking for a home health aide job that adaptive is your first choice.
