Awsome company to work for! They put clients their top priority! Everyone in the office is super nice and super easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! So blessed to be part of the adaptive team!
I never EVER have to worry about leaving my special needs child at home with his caregiver while I'm at work. Adaptive has made our lives MUCH more delightful to navigate. It's hard to let go & let God, but my home is in the best hands with my son's staff & caregiver. <3 I love these people more than they could EVER imagine...and I'm so happy to share my heart & my home with them! <3
I have never known a home care unit more hateful, disorganized and unhelpful in my life. They are rude, uncaring and are out to make as much money off of the elderly as possible. I'd be ashamed to have my name affiliated with Adaptive.
Im currently employed with Adaptive, they are the best company I have worked for! They actually care about their employees, offer competitive wages. As well as care about their clients. I can see myself here for a long time!!
The first 2 yrs with this agency were great. My needs were met and I was treated with respect. The office girls chgd this year and it became total kaoss. I've never seen such a failure to communicate. They hire No one that doesn't smoke and I can't be around smokers so it became easier for my pm to discharge me than hire nonsmokers. The nonsmokers they send are questionable. Then if ever there was a dispute with client and cg, the cg wasn't ask what happen, only the cg. It was all about the word of the cg. I've worked for Adaptive in Bloomington forb2 years now. I've never had a job i can genuinely say i loved before Adaptive. The girls in the office, and our nurses are amazing. Everybody truly cares for the clients as well as employees. They even true appreciation for us employees.. Great company to work for.
