I contacted guy called Adam on 4th December to check my heating, he told me that he will be available on Wednesday and ask me to send him my address which i did and booked him for Wednesday. On 6th Wednesday I took my day off and waited him till 11.40 and started to text and call him for confirmation but he never response my text and call. I am still without heating. I never thought this kind of liar and irresponsible so called engineers exist in Swindon area😡
