As this was our first time selling a property, we were initially daunted by the process. The whole team were very supportive and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Buying our new home with A&J also made the process stress-free, with the team continually liaising with everyone, and keeping us updated throughout. Thank you very much to Becki, Zoe and Shelley for making the process so much easier.
Renting a property and left for months with a leaky bathroom, tightest landlord possible. Carpets dirty, never replaced, left without heating for 2 weeks. Multiple issues, including the landlord posing as a 'maintenance man' to enter the property without us knowing who he was. Not all the fault of Adams & Jones who were always polite but always side with awful landlord/landlady. Worst letting experience I have ever had.
