Adams make in excess of £28,000 per year in maintenance fees from the building I live in. And for our £28,000 we get a cleaner who vacuums the hallways once every 2 weeks. Out of the 24 properties in the building at least 15 properties experience problems with damp, mould and condensation. I live in one of the buildings they manage and they just don’t bother there’s OAPs and families in the building. Front security door don’t shut, black mold and damp is riddled in the building which they put blame on the tenant even though it’s down to the foundation of the building that is falling apart and I can hear rats in my walls they said they’d sort out and they haven’t, can’t wait to move.

Id give less if I could! F&L Adams are still ignoring several complaints from residence about another resident who keeps walking around the property for multiple hours and peering through windows including bathroom and bedroom. The people of the lower floor feel they can’t even use their bathrooms. Most keep their windows and curtains shut all day and night! Prisoners in their home!
