I sustained a knee injury after running a marathon so I went to Adam and he talked me through and then recorded a lot of exercises to help build up the strength in my knee. I've recently ran another marathon with no issues! I highly recommend Adam, he knows his stuff plus, he's really approachable and an all round nice guy!
I have been seeing Adam for nearly a year now. Clear from the outset Adam knows his stuff and was very welcoming. I compete in a lot of races & he always gets me ready and helps with injury prevention. I recently sprained my ankle and Adam helped me recover quicker than I could have imagined. There really is no one better
Highly recommend Adam! I went to see him 2 weeks out from the London Marathon as I developed a knee injury and couldn’t run without extreme pain. Adam got me to the start line and finished the marathon with minimal pain! I wouldn’t have been able to do it otherwise!! Thank you!
After suffering with lower back pain for over 6 months due to repetitive strain from lifting my young children, and not believing it would ever get better, I felt instant relief after my first session. Adam gave me some exercises to do at home which have really helped my recovery. After just 3 sessions, my persistent back pain is almost gone. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone in need of physio!
