Nice relaxing atmosphere I had two sessions of physio with Adam to resolve my back and hip pain. His diagnosis and treatment provided quick results, with advice on exercises to maintain fitness Great service and would recommend to anyone requiring Physio support.
I visited Adam on Two occasions recently, with what he 'diagnosed' as tendernitus in my left arm. After Two sessions with him, and regular home exercise, this problem has completely cleared up. I am so grateful to Adam for everything he has done for me. So, I had an MRI scan on the NHS in February of this year, which revealed a disc bulge at L5/S1. I'd had a few NHS physio sessions over a 12 month period, which hadn't helped relieve my symptoms (tingling/numbness in my left leg, some back pain).
