Absolutely amazing, suffered with chronic back pain for over 7 years and after 2 sessions I feel "normal" again. Even mentioned that he couldn't do anymore to my back as there was little to no tension to get rid of. Highly recommend going to see this chap

Great physio sessions, knowledgeable and friendly.
Adam helped me back from a spinal injury. We’ve gone from pain moving my head in any direction to “the strongest neck in Southport”. He really knows his stuff and had a solution for every tweak and niggle. Can’t thank him enough!
I had a knee issue that I needed help with and was recommended to see Adam by a friend. The sessions I’ve had have been excellent as Adam explained / demonstrated the exercises very clearly in a professional, friendly manner. My knee is now in a much stronger position than prior to seeing him so I would highly recommend anyone needing bespoke, targeted physio to get in touch with Adam as he will be able to help you!
