I had a knee issue that I needed help with and was recommended to see Adam by a friend. The sessions I’ve had have been excellent as Adam explained / demonstrated the exercises very clearly in a professional, friendly manner. My knee is now in a much stronger position than prior to seeing him so I would highly recommend anyone needing bespoke, targeted physio to get in touch with Adam as he will be able to help you!
Saw 3 doctors to get help for my 16 year old who is suffering with headaches, stiff neck and possible TMJ symptoms. I decided to take her to see Adam. His knowledge and expertise is incredible. After treating my daughter her headache had gone and she felt instant relief. Adam is a professional who listens and genuinely wants to support the people visiting him. Went to see Adam about a worsening neck and shoulder pain. I was seriously worried it was going to affect my driving job. Adam is very friendly and reassured me that it was treatable and was probably brought on by poor neck posture when using phone and driving over a long period of time. After 5 sessions of treatment and at home exercises the pain has gone and as long as I keep the exercises as part of my daily routine I am pain free. Highly recommend Adam. He's an expert in his field. I had been struggling with an extremely painful neck and shoulder for months. After several physiotherapy appointments with Adam and with his recommendations on adjusting my posture while working at home I was thankfully back to 100% normality.
