I went to see Adam as I was experiencing terrible back pains after having a fall and breaking my leg last year. He explained why it was happening and gave me a back massage which was incredible. I left his studio walking straight and cannot believe what a difference this has made. He really has worked wonders and I am so appreciative. Would definitely recommend him.
It’s impossible to put into words how good Adam is as a physio. His knowledge of injuries and rehabilitation is incredible, and he’s always on hand to put your mind at ease, even outside of appointments. Adam recently helped me get back on my feet and running again after a glute injury. Without his support, guidance, and expertise, I genuinely wouldn’t be running my marathon. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
I came to Adam with an IT band flare up 4 weeks before running the marathon, at the time I couldn’t run further than 50 minutes without stabbing pains but he got me to that start line and I was pain free for 2 hours! Highly recommend
I can’t recommend Adam enough! I have many musculoskeletal problems, and Adam understands my needs and has helped me no end! I’m now limber and living again instead of existing in pain! Hugest thank you’s to you Adam you are a star
I went to Adam about 7 months ago with a problem with my knee and he gave me exercises to do and it helped with my recovery. He actually listens to what you are saying about your injury and gives you exercises to help. Really pleased with the outcome and I can now walk about 8 miles now. Thank you Adam for your time and patience.
