I came to Adam with an IT band flare up 4 weeks before running the marathon, at the time I couldn’t run further than 50 minutes without stabbing pains but he got me to that start line and I was pain free for 2 hours! Highly recommend
I can’t recommend Adam enough! I have many musculoskeletal problems, and Adam understands my needs and has helped me no end! I’m now limber and living again instead of existing in pain! Hugest thank you’s to you Adam you are a star
I went to Adam about 7 months ago with a problem with my knee and he gave me exercises to do and it helped with my recovery. He actually listens to what you are saying about your injury and gives you exercises to help. Really pleased with the outcome and I can now walk about 8 miles now. Thank you Adam for your time and patience.
Absolutely amazing, suffered with chronic back pain for over 7 years and after 2 sessions I feel "normal" again. Even mentioned that he couldn't do anymore to my back as there was little to no tension to get rid of. Highly recommend going to see this chap
