I went to see Adam yesterday for a massage because I've been suffering with cramp and numbness in my arms and pain in my shoulders and neck. He took a look at my posture and identified some issues and could see that my trap muscles were uneven. He then talked through exactly what he was doing, which was really interesting rather than him just doing it and me not knowing what was going on. I recently had a neck injury and wondered if massage would help. I was nervous because I was in so much pain, I booked in to see Adam and explained the situation, he started by gently loosening the muscles around my injury which in turn helped the whole area relax. I was so tense and stiff beforehand, massage helped so much. I booked in again straight away, and went back every few days for a short session.
