Not At All What I Expected A factory of very young stylists from Danbury with little sense of style, elegance or sophistication (scarry). They try to come off as an upscale NYC salon but they have no understanding of what that concept is. You are better off going to a smaller salon where they care more about your appearance and experience than they do about the decor. Less expensive than the city but double the price of other local salons. Its no bargain for the experience.
Beautiful Atmosphere and Superb Service I love this salon! I've been going to Adam Broderick for less than a year but no matter what I go there for I always leave the salon feeling very glamorous and happy. It's actually quite a drive for me, about 45 minutes away from home, but I won't get my hair cut or colored anywhere else. My stylist knows exactly how to cut curly hair (which is truly rare!) and the colorist also picks the perfect shade for me. a lot of room for improvement I have been a client of ABSS for about 6 years. I was happy at first, but with each visit they seem to do a sloppier job. I am usually getting highlights and haircut , but for the past 3-4 times they do a terrible job. I've been dealing with the same person, who is very much apreciated ( you need at least 2 weeks to get an appointment with her ), but because she is so busy she books too many customers and then she is rushing. Consistent performer Very professional salon, consistent, excellent service. Best hair wash and scalp massage of any spa I have been to. Something for everyone.
What a lovely spa! I received a gift card from one of my students to Adam Broderick. I think it was towards a manicure but I chipped in the extra and got a haircut and color. I have never been to this salon before but it was absolutely beautiful! Now I know what everyone has been talking about. I was daring and got a totally different cut than usual -- my stylist was totally right, it came out great. I'm so happy that I went.
Just give your money away for free... Attitude is the word everyone is using and I experienced that first hand last weekend. I booked an appointment for a wedding I was in and I told them I had to leave by 2pm, I didn't walk out of there until 3:15. They were rude, overpriced and most had no experience what so ever. My highlights looked like the came from the 1950's- over bleached with a weird green hugh...The curls were awful. I paid well over 250 dollars for all the services and was NOT WORTH IT. Jen an amazing make up artist I had a formal event to attend at which I had to make a presentation. I treated myself to a makeup session in an effort to make me look glamorous, no easy task! Jen did an amazing job. I literally jumped in my chair and gasped with joy when I looked in the mirror. I looked like a movie star! Thanks to Jen for the transformation. It truly made me feel spectacular!
feelin like a million bucks I have gone to Adam Broderick salon for almost five years. I have always been very happy with the services I have received.......ive had almost every service offered. I don't have regular massages or facials but I religiously have my highlights and cuts done by Ivy and Doreen. They are awesome and 'get' my hair. And Brazilian bikini waxing by Neia is almost painless. Some may say this salon is pricey but I say, " You get what you pay for".
What happened to the customer service at the front desk I am a regular customer who loves the services that Neia provides. Unfortunatly there was a miscommunication with booking my appointment with Christine who booked me for a wrong service. I found this out when I checked in at the front desk and was told by Alice that I was only scheduled for a brow wax instead of my brazilian and brow.
