Unnecessarily rude and uncaring about the students living in their houses.
Some of the rudest behaviour I have ever experienced.
NEVER use this sham of a company. The owner thrives in the endangerment of his tenants, stating that the safety of those inside is "not his problem". Does not own any of the properties either and only cares about filling his broke pockets with weaker peoples money. Insanely rude and disgusting person who only pays his staff £15 an hour.
The worst agent in the world. So rude, to the point of them just hanging up mid conversation. Never use these people. You have a choice.
