Waiting for someone to answer phone for an hour trying to get an emergency appt, I am 74yrs old. Try to get an appt., other days fully booked. Phone on a thursday for following week appt., fully booked. What are people to do?
Surgery is an absolute joke, receptionists are so rude, I've lived in airdrie for nearly 5 years, not once have I been able to get an appointment, I've gave up even trying now,

I managed to get an appointment with Dr. Jonston or something like that, my first appointment at the clinic because I moved in the area. I told them that I am sick, that I was declared disabled and that I have depressive problems, that I had my last check up before covid. The Dr. didn't even examine me, he didn't measure my blood pressure, nothing, he just told me to do blood tests(under my request). I also asked for psychological help but nothing.
