Horrendous company- avoid. Numerous issues, unsupported by management. They want things done their way and only their way. Poor attitude and a lot of foreign individuals that work there that do not understand you. They do not provide solutions for any problems that arise. They also pay incorrectly, see attached.
This company took over my Mum's care package. The original care team came at 8.30am every day and were fantastic. But Abadda even though they agreed the plan didn't turn up until 11.45am. Came in the house first 2 mins then spent the remainder sat in the car for the other 43mins. Despite asking for a new time promised call backs never materialised. They lied about social services . I'm glad my Mum doesn't have to put up with this anymore. This is why the NHS is on its knees companies like this fleecing the system.
My brother received care from this company after what I have witnessed this company should not be allowed to care for vulnerable people. There standards are poor , lack of training, show no empathy. Would not let them look after my house plant.
