Please don't give Chris Berry any money !!! He took money from us as a deposit for goods he never placed an order for. We have got county court judgements twice , two high court writs, and instructed the bailiffs . Berry has squirmed out of it every time that is something he does well!!! He proports to have closed his company but still trades under the name A& D windows , still has same premises and still using same phone no and email . He is now paying us back monthly , will take about 5years to for him to settle this debt.... read more
If I could give lower I would. Do not use this company! Never had condensation in my house soon as they fit windows in 3 rooms out of 7, 3 windows have heavy condensation. Asked to come back under warranty and it’s my fault due to ventilation? Never had an issue before? They even told me to leave the windows open on the latch to help. Even during winter I did this due to the puddles of condensation, still didn’t help much. Absolute joke of a company, cowboy workers. Waste of 3K should have chose someone else.
Purchased a front door from Chris Berry owner of A and D windows in December 2023. Since fitting the door,I have had 6 call outs to repair the door. One occasion meant that I could not lock the door !! I have through advice from Citizens Advice to seek compensation for a new door supplied and fitted . 3 weeks ago I emailed/ text Chris Berry , he wouldn't answer my numerous phone calls! I'm now going to apply to the small claims court. I am sending Chris a notice of my intention and giving him 2 weeks to reply,if he does I'll... read more

We had to wait a ridiculous 5 months to get our patio door fitted, and 3 weeks to it actually being fully finished plasterer took over a week to come and i had to keep asking for confirmation of days, especially when i stayed in and nobody turned up. it took nearly 2 weeks for the fitter guy to come and put in the floor plinth... Most DG companies have fitters who do the whole job in one day, the total lack of communication was frustrating to say the least. Getting information from the office was hopeless.
