Ad Interim manage a property we own in central London. Their support is excellent, emails are answered quickly and concisely and they're nice people to deal with!
We own 7 investment properties across London, all of which have a different property manager.. unfortunately, for one of those properties, it is AdInterim. In all my years in property I have never encountered such a difficult, obtuse and unpleasant organisation. Their communication skills are horrific: passive aggressive, patronizing, and far from a joy to communicate with - especially if you have the misfortune to have Jane Blackburn manage your account.
