I had a scheduled appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on stretching and cleaning at my parents condo, and they were a no-show. I called and left a message in regard to the no-show. Lonnie did call me back promptly the next morning and apologized for the no show and informed me he had 16 jobs in my area that day, and that he should be able to stop by to give me an estimate and would call me when on his way…and yet again, I never heard from him or anyone else for that matter. I had my ducts cleaned,, carpets, a couch, and a lazy boy. Lonnie did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with. nothing was terribly dirty, but I no longer have a kitty and wanted to make sure that dander wasn’t a problem so my relatives who were allergic could come and visit. I would highly recommend this company
