Although Christmas Eve turned out to not be the ideal day to purchase a car—less staff produced a delay in the processing—it was still a really good experience. Jay was great and professional when coordinating this appointment, & Vaughn is a solid salesman. He was knowledgeable, and didn’t try to influence me one way or the other on what to get. Rather, he gave me information, answered my questions, and let me make the choice for myself. That approach built a lot of trust, and I couldn’t be happier with where we landed!

I really enjoyed my experience working with Steve and the Acura Columbus team while buying my MDX. They made the process incredibly easy and wasn't pushy. They also were more than accommodating to make sure that I had everything I wanted in my next vehicle and also took time to help me set up the car with my preferences. I would not hesitate to work with them again and I highly recommend Steve as your next sales person!
