We had a very disappointing experience at AutoNation Acura North Orlando. We drove over two hours after being very clear from the beginning about our payment method. Before arriving, the dealership confirmed multiple times they would accept our bank check and down payment. Once we got there, they suddenly refused to sell us the vehicle unless we financed through them. This felt extremely misleading and dishonest.
