We were misled about the vehicles condition, we were told it was certified pre owned and it wasn't. They wouldn't accept our business check and nobody said we needed anything else. We drove 5hours to buy the vehicle. Glad we didn't buy from them. Just be very careful and make sure your expectations are met, our were not.
My salesperson was very nice, but my visit took longer than I wanted it to (was almost late for work), considering I called ahead with my vehicle trade in information so they could start running numbers before I got there. I found the same car, with less miles for the same price, so bought it elsewhere.
Excellent service!!! Joanne was wonderful and made the entire experience easy. Very knowledgeable and friendly sales team.
