Helpful. Have not yet purchased yet. So many choices a bit confused.
Seemed like they were trying to be helpful, although never presented me with any numbers or docs I asked for. I wanted a bill of sale to determine where they were and if negotiations needed to continue, and only got the same “are you coming back in”.
Great experience from beginning to end. I inquired I was contacted the same day submitted all my ppwrk for the approval for financing and was all set to go the next day. Since this was an out of state purchase it made my experience even better it went smoother than I thought, I flew out to Chicago picked up my car signed all my paperwork I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and drove my car back to New Jersey what a great way to test drive your car. Thank you to Holly, Ty and Guillermo... I love my car ❤️
Was contacted immediately upon interest of the car. They were very interested in helping me obtain the car I showed interest in.
Was told this vehicle was sold and haven't heard back anything since I did application.... at this moment not good customer service
The salesman, was very polite, & knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was acquiring.
I contacted a sales rep on 3-30-20 approx. 9:45 am and discussed price and delivery of this unit ! After some discussion I agreed to purchase this unit . We discussed delivery of the unit to my home due to the current situation . She stated that she would overnight the paper work for me to sign and overnight it back to the dealer with a personal check. She then requested me to send her a copy of my drivers license and current insurance card which I supplied to her photos in a text . She stated that I should be able to receiv... read more
