Horrible, Iâll never step foot in a McGrath facility again. After agreement of price, down payment and financing, they told me they would send over paperwork for me to look at. I told them that as soon as I received the paperwork, Iâll give the down payment. They turned around and sold the car to someone elseâ¦. Horrible service and communicationâ¦.. Overall, I would give them a ZERO

Prompt and responsive. Did not buy the car from them because the listing had adaptive cruise control listed as a feature, but after I confirmed that with the dealer it turned out the car did not have that feature.
