Good Customer service
-5 star,rude,pushy sales person....did I mention $1295.00 inspection fee.its seems to be the trend with McGrath...or mccrook....please stay away from this dealership at every cost...otherwise it cost you...
Very bad at communicating the vehicle I was interested in the ad said pictures coming soon so when the dealer contacted me via email I asked for pictures the reply was it's out getting detailed they contacted me via email 2 more times and each time I asked for pictures of said vehicle then someone replied its been sold maybe you'll like some of these other vehicles attached to the email
Kept going to see the car only to be told it will be there the next day for a week straight. Finally made an appointment when they finally said it would be there only to find out it would be another 5 hours. Then finally waiting for paperwork from them they sold it.

Excellent contact from Holly, but neighbors saved "dibs" 9 places out front so if I bought car today I would have no place to park it where I could see it, Olds 96 stolen Jan. 21. Still interested in 2007 Camry w not too high miles. I have no car to drive there. BH.

The dealership added a $920.00 prep fee and then the regular doc fee’s, license, taxes ect... We did not purchase!
tried forcing you to do a big (7k) down payment and only give you one option of 48 months and over 800 a month for a used car
