The dealer has car posted with CarGurus for $10,995, and as having remote start and a sun/moon roof, but it has neither. They then reduced sale price listing to $10,395. Then they added over $1,200 in additional fees, from repair costs they spent, to the bottom line costs, but say they are fees and not part of "Sale Price." So actual cost is in excess of $11,000. Would Never buy from them or refer anyone to them either.

I actually ended up purchasing a TLX. Holly was amazing! My only complaint has to do with the manager of the pre-owned division. I brought my father with me to the dealership. The manager yells (literally) from across the lobby ‘Charlie! How are you doing, Charlie!’ My dad’s name is Charles and not a single person alive besides my mom calls him Charlie and definitely not a stranger. Holly is an amazing sales rep. She was so helpful the whole way through. And you could tell it wasn’t only about the sale. They focus on getting you exactly what you need. Best customer service I have seen in a long time. Made my car buying experience easy and fun. Would recommend this dealership any day; especially the service Holly gave!
