Was looking at a 2015 Audi Q7, right miles, right price. Found it at this dealership. Worked with the salesperson and the sales manager. Committed to buying it and 2 days later they sold it our from underneath me. Be vigilant when buying a preowned car.

My sales person was friendly and professional. The vehicle was not in the condition as it was described. When the noticed flaws where pointed out they were not willing to adjust the price or even acknowledge the issues.

We walked in without call. Tim helped us to find the car we were interested in, carefully review the car's history and do a test drive. He took the time to make sure we were happy with everything. He is very good about the car and customer service provided.
