Holly was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 AWD, got a good deal, overall great vehicle purchasing experience.
Quick response time, but kept calling me everyday like 2 to 3 times a day, till I finally blocked their number
Contacted McGrath and made an appointment for Saturday. Asked about a deposit and was told that it was not necessary. I made a 200 mile round trip to see the car Saturday morning and was told after arriving that someone had left a "deposit" early that week and they "forgot" to tell me. Wasted mileage, gas and time.
Great dealer. The sales representative, Spiro, was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and questions answered.
