Holly was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 AWD, got a good deal, overall great vehicle purchasing experience.
Quick response time, but kept calling me everyday like 2 to 3 times a day, till I finally blocked their number
Contacted McGrath and made an appointment for Saturday. Asked about a deposit and was told that it was not necessary. I made a 200 mile round trip to see the car Saturday morning and was told after arriving that someone had left a "deposit" early that week and they "forgot" to tell me. Wasted mileage, gas and time.
Great dealer. The sales representative, Spiro, was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and questions answered.
Holly was very nice and helpful.
Quick, clear and friendly communications.
Excellent service. I worked with Holly and she was just AMAZING. Overall, we had a geeat experience at this dealership. We will definitely be going back in early spring for another vehicle
great.
Very nice guys to deal with. He called me two times. I found a cheaper car
