Doing business with McGrath Acura was the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing an automobile. The sales staff was friendly and certainly not pressure a sale...not to mention very good pricing. I would highly recommend!
Fast response
Not very helpful. Did not listen to my needs. Poor customer service. Would not buy from there.
Dealer responded, however stating on their information " if we are too far for you we will come to you" That was not true when I inquired.
A few hiccups here and there but overall, a good experience. Hiccups? I was given a different price via email than when I got there ($1,000 higher face to face). Financing team expressed "I cannot believe you are approved for $xx at xx%" a number of times, which to me was very irritating to say the least. The car had surface scratches and when I spoke to them about it, a comment "You bought a USED car." was made.

Drove a long wayand got to the delaership as a serious buyer; was made to wait for a long time. The associate made me wait for atleast 30 minutes at his desk appearing after every 10 minutes. I left a message for him that I will be back later. The associate caled me up after I left and was very very rude; he told me I was selfish and self centered (in addition to a lot more) for expecting to be treated like a king. While I was talking to him and explaining that I was short on time and had left a message for him he hung up.
