We called well ahead of time and hashed out a deal, because we live an hour and a half away, but when we got to the dealership they (Holly & her manager) tried to pull the bait and switch on us. Holly gave us the runaround and was very pushy. They obviously never intended to honor the deal, stating that they misunderstood what we discussed over the phone. I do not recommend this dealership.

Very disappointed in my experience with this dealership. I was there to see a used car and they made an offer on the car that was quite fair in all honesty . I needed some time to think about it and to see if more could be done in my favor. Everyone was polite at that point but when I followed up the next day, I was told that the original offer had changed and was now 250 higher. When I followed up the day after that, I was told that the not only was the original offer no longer but the price was now 900 higher than the offe... read more

This car listing was obviously a scam to get interested buyers. They happened to have someone in the sales room buying this car at the exact moment I inquired so it was no longer available (yet here it is still listed a week later), but of course they have other cars available. The deal of this car listed was too good to be true. Buyers beware!
Very good to work with Holly. Everything was done over the phone and emails. Holly sent pictures to show the quality of the car and found a scratch on the fender. She had it fixed and now the car is coming my way! Living 400 miles away, there wasn't a big push to sell me extras which is really nice.
