Irena brings so much warmth and compassion to her practice as well as being a very skilled, knowledgeable and intuitive acupuncturist. Having never tried acupuncture before, I can highly recommend this. Irena Lenc made me feel very comfortable, talked through what was going to happen and made me feel very at ease. I was having headaches for months and after my first session it lifted, after a few more sessions they were completely gone. I cannot recommend Irena enough, thank you!

Irena is a caring and dedicated therapist who carefully listens to your needs and responds to them effectively. She is always working on her continuous professional development and often suggests new/different techniques.
