Nicola has helped me enormously with my agonising digestive complaints (that could have been diagnosed as IBS). I have recently undergone a year consisting of selling and moving house and relocating. My whole system was 'overloaded', physically, mentally, and emotionally! After the initial 4 weekly treatment my digestion has started to 'calm' down and is 75% better.
