8 yrs ago I was told by one of the top authorities on upper backs and necks that the arthritis in my neck was so bad that i needed to stop work. At 55 with a mortgage and family this was not possible. I was put on drugs equivalent to those treating cancer. The side effects where so bad that I couldn’t work so had to stop taking them. Very unprofessional and unreliable. We found her on Google and messaged the weekend for my sister who was in incredible pain with her back. Julia messaged back detailing cost and follow up cost along with how she wanted paying and said she could fit us in. We got my sister into the car and on a very uncomfortable journey to meet Julia at the time she told only to turn up to no answer to the door.
